I also saw a resident or medical student before the doctor. She showed genuine concern and took thorough history which I believe help the Doctor see the whole picture. I can''t remember her name, but she was wonderful.

We''ve been seeing Dr Osborne for 7 years with our children. The past year she''s been dismissive and uncaring about the parent concerns. She called out our pediatrician, indicating that he was misdiagnosed but not offering any solution on how to proceed. When I had asked about excessive sick visits to the pediatrician for various ears and throat infections (requiring antibiotics to treat), we were cut off and told viruses don''t count. She seemed preoccupied with something else and rushed through our appointment. She was in the room for less than 5 minutes. Very short, dismissive, and just plain rude. Will NOT be going back to see her. And will advise others to avoid her as well.

Because Dr. Osborne is in such demand, it can take a little bit longer than desired to get in to see her.

Poor service. No outreach or follow up regarding my test results. A message was sent, but still no reply from the doctor.

Dr Osborne was thorough, warm, and answered all of my questions. I didn't feel rushed and she genuinely seemed to care.
