Dr. Ibrahim was thoughtful, caring, and clearly committed to helping me get the care I needed. Meeting with her was the best experience I have had with a specialist at Cleveland Clinic.

The last time I met with a specialist in this area was 5 years ago and my experience was poor. I should have had multiple follow-ups between 2021 and now, but I was never encouraged, reminded, or outright told to go back to a pulminary speciailist. It feels rare that someone at the CC has the time and takes the effort to truly care for me as an individual. While Dr. Ibrahim was fantastic, I waited more than 3 months for this appointment. I asked to be on the waiting list if an opening came up and I was never contacted. It is also nearly impossible to navigate the online scheduling system or even know which phone number to call that will lead to someone who can actually help to schedule. All of these reasons combined require the lowest marks possible.
