A very pleasant experience, Dr. Crofton made me feel very comfortable, and he took good care of me on my office visit , he explained to me the changes in my medication''s.

I have been suffering in extreme pain for three weeks, which has severely restricted my mobility, even my ability to stand for any legth of time. My emotional state has been very fragile as a result, with my feelings of despair and hopelessness interfering with my ability to contain my tears and anger. PA Crofton was very corteous and aware of my state during my appointment. He was empathetic and expressed a level of deep concern for my wellbeing that made me feel well cared-for and that I could trust his judgement. My partner and I agreed that PA Crofton is truly an outstanding young provider who will be an asset to his practice. I immediately felt calmer, relaxed and less on edge. PA Crofton's medical knowledge and the thoroughness of my examination and the professionalism he displayed was far beyond my expectations. Although I departed my appointment in pain, I was relieved and felt optimistic and hopeful, which I have not felt in a long time.
