Laszlo Harmat, DO arrived at Cleveland Clinic Indian River in 2025 after spending greater than 20 years in a private group practice in the suburbs of Cleveland, Ohio. 

Upon completion of this medical degree at Ohio University Heritage College of Osteopathic Medicine, Dr. Harmat completed a traditional rotating internship at Cleveland Clinic South Pointe Hospital. This was followed by an orthopaedic surgery residency at Western Reserve Hospital, Cuyahoga Falls, Ohio. With a desire to concentrate on upper extremity disease processes, Dr. Harmat completed the Comprehensive Hand and Upper Extremity Fellowship at the Cleveland Clinic Foundation and Metro General Hospitals in 2003.
