Everything during the visit was beyond expectations! She was excited to be there, didn''t belittle me for having researched the condition I was being evaluated for, and praised my knowledge. She even suggested alternative conditions based on clinical and family history, and referred me to genetics to rule those out. I walked out feeling like a valued part of my own care.

I wish all care providers were this caring and awesome

I can''t say enough about Laurie Breem. She is uniquely inquisitive, compassionate and thorough. She made me feel like my particular situation was worthy of her exhaustive research, and that I was a whole person. Really quite incredible experiences, both appointments I had with her.

The best provider I have ever seen. I have been blown off about my symptoms by many other providers and she actually sat down, listened, and heard me.

The care I received at Cleveland from Laura Breen was Nothing but Excellent & beyond the call of duty. She was very patient , extremely in depth about finding everything out, & incredible knowledgeable. I originally had an appointment with Dr Samuel Samuel for chronic Piraformas pain and Nothing was came out of our appointment & NO trying to figure anything out or any follow-up. The only great thing he did was refer me to Laura.To long of a story to write all details but some executive could call me so I can explainThank you very much Laura

After literal decades of seeing doctors for chronic health conditions, my appointment with Laura was the most positive experience I''ve EVER had. She was warm, attentive, and thorough. For the first time in a very long time I have hope that my quality of life can improve. She was honest and direct, which helped to not only encourage hope but set realistic expectations around long term management. I felt heard and understood from beginning to end. I would wholeheartedly recommend Laura to anyone and everyone who has need of a rheumatology provider.

So pleased I was assigned to Laura. She takes her time to listen to my concerns and addresses them appropriately.

The provider was very knowledgeable and helped me understand my health and condition. In her evaluation she continued to communicate with me while listening to my experience, questions, and concerns. She provided me with resources and explained the next steps for our follow up visit.

Dr Breen was a very pleasant surprise to myself,as I didnt think I needed to see her but she walked in with a big saile,.welcomed me and my wife and said she had read MyChart and knew more about me than I did..she surpassed all my expectations by far and I am sorry I cannot see her again as I dont have anymore issues..

Laura was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING. She was like a detective. And searched through my Medical records and found problems that all related to my current issues. She was so caring, attentive to detail, listened to me. I can''t say enough wonderful things about her.
