Ms. Jeanblanc was very knowledgeable, kind, and patient. She answered all my questions. And explained her rationale for diagnosis and treatment. Excellent!

The provider was professional, knowledgeable, and thorough. She clearly knew her medicine. I would see this provider again. I asked a number of questions and she explained things well. I also appreciated her helping me find a provider for follow up care who could address my foot problem.

Very impressed with everything at the Ortho Express at Solon. I had a BHR hip replacement done by Dr Peter Brooks in 2011. A few weeks ago my hip became so painful that I thought it might be loose/failing. I found the Ortho Express online, and was able to schedule an appointment for that evening. I was given an x-ray of both hips almost Immediately, then saw Laura Jeanblanc. She gave me a very comprehensive physical exam of the painful hip and surrounding areas, reassured me that my x-ray showed no problems, and that I have tendonitis/bursitis. With some exercises and NSAIDs I am almost recovered. I am so grateful!

PA Jeanblanc was courteous, thorough, and helped identify the issue I was having very quickly, which was reassuring. I was so grateful for the care I received! I do feel PA Jeanblanc seemed a little rushed but I definitely feel it was due to her packed schedule of patients to see and not a lack of concern or anything like that. I was very pleased with the care I received.

PA Jeanblanc was wonderful. She showed true concern for my issues. Demonstrated excellent listening skills and was excellent at communicating what was going on with me and what the next steps in my treatment was. I look forward to working with her as we resolve my issues and if any future issues arise that I need Ortho, I will be looking to schedule with her.

The physicians assistant I saw, Laura Jeanblanc, was wonderful! She did a thorough exam, explained everything to me so I understood, and was so pleasant to talk to! I could not have asked for any better treatment at this visit!

Rapid speech. Talked over me when I was answering her questions, did not listen or made it seem I answered incorrectly regarding my own pain etc . Felt exam rushed and again did not listen to how manuevers affected me or what caused pain

Wow, does this PA know her skills! She examined, commented to my husband and I on what she discovered as she manipulated my knee and leg; and then proceeded to give her analysis on what she found. She gave us suggestions and asked for our opinion. When decided, she set up appointments right away!!I am so glad Laura Jeanblanc was able to see us on the same day I called! I would recommend her to friends.
