My experience with Laurie Aiken was fantastic. I was very apprehensive about being referred here after receiving abnormal lab results. She was kind and very informative. She put my mind at ease and was good at explaining the lab results and answering my questions. I did not feel rushed. The best experience I have had with patient care at Cleveland Clinic.
