The computer screen in the room did not work, so the doctor could not view my MRIs to discuss during the appointment. Was told she'd review them and that I'd hear from her regarding her assessments and thoughts. Still waiting to hear back.
- 5 out of 5 starsReviewed on 5/19/2025
Dr. Hua is the best! She has excellent bedside manner and is always helpful, thorough, and kind. She went out of her way to help me get my medication at a lower price and she takes the time to go through MRI results and medication pros and cons. She has even pulled up my MRI results on the computer while in the exam room with me to go through them with me. I have been to several neurologists. She is the only one who does this and who actually spends some time with her patients. If you are lucky enough to be referred to the Cleveland Clinic, count your blessings!

I am very impressed with Dr. Hua. She spent lots of time studying my MRI images, pointing out various brain features and asking me detailed questions about my last 25 years experiences. Dr. Hua did not talk down to me which I appreciated. In 4 years of searching for answers Dr. Hua's attention to me was my best experience yet with a doctor.
