Dr. Tefera was wonderful with listening to me and explaining my own medical issues, but he was also so caring when my husband had a health emergency during the visit, he wasted no time jumping in to help him and did not leave us until the emergency response team wheeled him to the ER. He also came to check on us before he left. Not every provider would have done all that.

Dr. Tefera is one of the nicest physicians I have come across at Cleveland Clinic. I arrived prepared for my appointment, notes in hand, and he didn't mind going over my main points. In fact, he encouraged me to read my bullet point notes. He is extremely thorough, forward thinking, enthusiastic to care for patients, while providing a sense of ease as to how to proceed. Although I'm hoping not to have to return for anything serious, I do know with certainty that if need be, I'll be in great hands. Cleveland Clinic is lucky to have Dr. Tefera on staff.
