Dr Khan was absolutely wonderful. This was my first visit with her and it was obvious she had read my chart prior to seeing me. She knew and understood my history and why I was seeing her. With the information she gave me I better understood the treatment options available to me and I was able to decisions on the treatment plan that would work for me. She was just outstanding in competence, ability to communicate and problem solve, and her attitude towards me-I strongly felt like I had a strong voice in my treatment and that she respected me and my ideas and beliefs.

Dr. Khan is an exceptional physician, who listened to your concerns and addresses all of your questions.

Dr Khan is a wonderful person that talks through treatment options and adjustments completely She is very knowledgeable and helpful.

The only issue is the length of time in scheduling to see a physician.

Felt I was rushed a bit when I was told that I need surgery. I wasn''t clear on risks or what to expect. Would have liked a little more time about talking about if surgery was necessary kind of thing. The Doctors and Nurses were all very professional.

Dr. Cohen used her phone to record our interaction, and then showed me the visit notes afterwards. This allowed her to give me her full focus during the visit, and not have to be distracted by typing into a computer. Like the new technology very much!

Dr Khan is the most compassionate doctor I have every had. However I did not feel my questions were adequately answered. I did not press her because I felt that she said all that she knew. I continue seeing her because I do not know of any other endocrinologist that specialize in HHP within the Cleveland area.

Dr. Khan was perfect in every way. She is so knowledgeable in her field of Endocrinology. She made the entire process of picking the correct drug for my condition look easy. I waited to fill this out until after my infusion, which went flawlessly. My husband ( a recently retired Urologist ) and I will continue to refer her to anyone in the Youngstown area for Endocrinology needs. It was a bonus that she did her residency at the same location where I had worked as a nurse and my husband and daughter went to Medical School ( Penn State Hershey ). Thank you Dr. Khan for taking great care of me!

Dr. Leila Khan is a very caring, friendly and exceptional doctor, she responds promptly to any questions I post In mychart regarding test results or medications.

This visit did not meet expectations. I did not feel heard, my concerns were not addressed in enough detail, and the overall interaction lacked warmth and patient-centered communication. I left frustrated and would not return to Dr. Khan.

The Tellemedicine contact went well mainly due to the fact I have a prior in person medical treatment relationship with Dr. Khan as a precursor to the visit. I typically prefer in person care.
