I really cannot say enough about Dr Bicanovsky. The quality of care from beginning to (almost) end of this medical journey is unsurpassed. She has always taken the time to explain things thoroughly and makes you feel heard and respected. The procedure itself went very well and has lead to a better than expected recovery.

I've been dealing with an issue for over 5 years. She actually took the time to listen to my concerns and thought of things other providers didn't even think of trying.

Dr. Bicanovsky puts her patients first. She is compassionate ALWAYS. The care for my problem was treated with kindness and understanding. She has a wonderful staff, both at her office practice as well as the surgical center at Lorain Family. She took time, listened, presented options and was there and hands on for all of my care. This extended to when she walked out the patient she had before me, she Informed my husband who was waiting that I was next and It shouldn't be too much longer. More doctors should follow her example.

I am impressed by the respect she always shows me, which is rare in this field. I have never had reason to doubt her expertise and feel that she provides me with the best possible care.
