Dr. Santiago has been wonderful with my mother's hearing treatments. She is patient, explains things very well to both her and me, and has a wonderful demeanor. I would recommend her to anybody looking for an audiologist.

So very patient and kind. Explained everything very well. Extremely helpful with an ongoing situation. Had I seen him sooner I could've saved myself months of discomfort and potentially surgery
