Lily C. Pien, MD, MHPE is Staff Attending in the Department of Allergy and Immunology in the Respiratory Institute. She is Associate Director of Faculty Development in the Center for Educational Resources.  Dr. Pien is a Professor of Medicine in the Cleveland Clinic Lerner College of Medicine.

    Dr Pien is friendly, easy to talk with, listens carefully and answers my questions thoughtfully and completely. She encourages me to ask questions and is very interested in what I say. She treats me as a person, not as a medical case.
