While some of the proposals and decisions were poor or fair to me. Mu health is important and she did a great job yo help me understand the situation and I gave her a ''very good'' because of the nice personal touch she brought to the table.

This was a good appt. Conversation was two sided, Lisa was thorough and asked pertinent questions and was a great listener. She made good eye contact and I think she is a great asset to my care team.

Excellent staff. EVERYONE was helpful from desk clerks to nurse techs to physicians
