In all my years of being a Cleveland Clinic patient, I can say Lisa Martinez ranks at the very top of my list of being the type of provider who really cared about me! She listened intently as I told her the problems I was having with my new hearing aid, she was able to translate my concerns into answers that have helped me immensely, she took the time to explain the reasons why I was having the problems, she was patient with me and treated me like I knew what I was talking about! All in all, you have one terrific employee!!!!
