My care provider was, I believe, a student. I did not see the doctor until after my hearing test was finished. But the student administering the test was very competent, professional, kind and caring.

You have to understand that many of these questions don''t pertain to a visit with an audiologist. Lisa is always great. This visit was mostly handled by her student Olivia. She too did a great job.

Lisa is an exceptional talented and caring doctor.

In all my years of being a Cleveland Clinic patient, I can say Lisa Martinez ranks at the very top of my list of being the type of provider who really cared about me! She listened intently as I told her the problems I was having with my new hearing aid, she was able to translate my concerns into answers that have helped me immensely, she took the time to explain the reasons why I was having the problems, she was patient with me and treated me like I knew what I was talking about! All in all, you have one terrific employee!!!!
