About Lora Sowunmi

Biography

Lora Greene Sowunmi, MD, is a Staff Physician in the Departments of Hospital Medicine and Pediatric Hospital Medicine at Cleveland Clinic Main Campus. She graduated from the University of Virginia School of Medicine and completed a combined residency in Internal Medicine and Pediatrics at Metrohealth Medical Center in Cleveland, Ohio. 

Dr. Sowunmi is an academic hospitalist with interest in medical education, teaching at the Cleveland Clinic Lerner College of Medicine where she is Assistant Professor of Pediatrics, and performing educational and administrative duties for the Pediatric Hospital Medicine Fellowship. She is board certified in both Internal Medicine and Pediatrics provides high quality patient care to patients of all ages. Dr. Sowunmi is a dedicated member of the Society of Hospital Medicine and the American Academy of Pediatrics.
