Lorraine Lombardo was rude and did not take my concerns in a caring manor. She was hurried and diagnosed me before giving me my hearing test. My complaint was constant ringing in right ear. She told me just don't listen to it. Her chair side manor was quite disenchanting. On the other hand Paul Rozman was amazing, kind and courteous. He demonstrated a caring attitude.
