Dr. Lourdes Falconi is wonderful! She is warm, easy to talk to, and is an effective communicator. Follow-up questions come naturally and conversation is relaxed. During my appointment, I provided more context to my medical history beyond what was recorded in my chart and I mentioned guidance that I received from a past provider. It was validating and refreshing that she treated me like a knowledgeable source of information about my own health. We had an open conversation to decide my care plan moving forward and I felt like I was a part of the process. Thank you!
