The experience with Dr. Sanaka and his nurse was amazing. However, the experience with the pre-anesthesia scheduling department was overwhelming, frustrating and difficult. They were very, very rude and I''m not talking about just one of them if it weren''t for Dr. Sanaca''s nurse, we probably would have had to cancel this appointment due to the pre-anesthesia department.

As I stated earlier, this appointment almost had to be canceled due to the incompetency of the pre-anesthesia department. Dr. Sanaka''s nurse was an amazing help to us in dealing with them and their rudeness.

Dr. Sanaka is an excellent Doctor. I value his knowledge and expertise. He is very respectful.I have not had any problem scheduling any appointment with Doctor Sanaka since I make it way in advance, but to see a physician at the clinic for a sudden and/or arising health problem is becoming very problematic at the Clinic and put patients life and health at risk. No patient should wait for a month or more to see a physician, That patient could die awaiting an appointment or have his condition worsen.
