I''ve been to alot of Cleveland Clinic Offices and Dr. Melani Desai''s office is the best of the best.

Dr. Malini Desai was outstanding! I can''t express how much she cared for me! She explained everything, she was very encouraging, and went to great lengths to help obtain my prescription. Dr. Malini was awesome! I would highly recommend Dr. Malini Desai. She is knowledgeable, helpful, caring, and a great physician.

Dr. Desai is very personable and demonstrates a professional level of appropriate empathy and concern while providing care. She also takes the required time to educate so that I understand not only what I need to do but why I need to do it. I believe that this approach facilitates compliance.

The doctor was professional and knowledgable. My concern is that the visit felt perfunctory. The visit did not feel personalized at all. And when I shared concerns, I felt not heard. The visit felt like this is the protocol and this is what we do. I am not sure I will continue with future visits.
