Dr. Shapiro is promptly responsive, in appointment and in response to MyChart communications. He clearly has my best interests in mind, patiently listens to and answers questions fully and completely, and shows abundant respect and concern for the challenges that I''m facing. He also kindly and without hesitation, included my family in the appointment discussion and answered their questions in a thoughtful and thorough manner.
