Marcellia Stephens first asked me questions to gauge my knowledge and feelings about the circumstances leading up to the consultation. She listened attentively to my questions and concerns. When she answered questions or made recommendations, she spoke in a measured way to ensure I was able to understand and process the information she shared. I never felt as though she was talking down to me; rather, I found her delivery calming and reassuring.

NP Stephens was warm and professional. After dealing with my condition for years, this was one of the first times that my health professional thoroughly discussed family history and explained next steps.

It is a privilege to receive care from Marcellia Stephens. She is the best NP I've ever had. She has a very calming presence. I am under her care for breast cancer survivorship and there is always anxiety for me around my appointments. She makes me feel seen and heard.
