Dr Tsai is literally the nicest and most caring dotor I have even encountered. She remembers the tiniest items from years ago regarding personal questions she may have talked to you about - such as did you get your Christmas shopping don? Yes I do mine all in one day Or how was your day? Well our computers crashed today 6 years later she is saying something about it. She may have little notes In our file or a great memory but it just proves that she cares about the little things that make people feel special. Besides that she explains everything so well and is a cheerleader not bringing you down with your problems like some doctors (yes doctor I am aware I am fat and need to lose weight but is it pink eye? type of doctor). She is my favorite of all time and I had a few great ones. I look forward to our visit even though she is literally the hardest doctor to get into.

She takes the time to listen to my concerns.

Dr. Tsai is the most compassionate doctor I have ever had. My lupus is out of remission and I believe that if I didn't have Dr Tsai I would not be doing as well as I am. I am truly blessed to have her treating my lupus.
