When the doctor came into examination room, his first three steps, he extended his hand to give me a handshake to welcome me. It was like he was saying thank you for your service. Dr Rodriguez has been the best doctor I''ve met at Cleveland Clinic. He took the time to explain thoroughly my health concerns and things to do to better manage my diabetes. He''s the very epitome of what a doctor should be. Because of him, my diabetes is now controlled better than in years past. Thanks to him.

He is always kind, listens to me and answers any questions I have. He put in Rx refill for me and other tests I need. I had to wait almost 30 minutes past our appointment time which was not good. Luckily I was at home that day.
