We have been struggling to understand her condition. Previous doctors were not capable for sufficiently answering my questions or did not know the answer. Dr. Bain took the time to explain her symptoms and the step forward. I am so grateful and wish we would have visited Cleveland Clinic sooner.

The resident Dr I spoke with was very knowledgeable and made me feel comfortable and at ease. I pretty well slammed him with all my questions and concerns I had for Dr Bain and he answered without hesitation and everything he answered mirrored Dr. Bain so my confidence in this resident Dr is equal to my confidence in Dr Bain!

I had a great experience at Cleveland Clinic. I didn't have to wait long in the waiting room, and both doctors I saw were thorough in explaining my condition and treatment options. They spoke clearly and made sure I understood everything. I especially appreciated that they showed me my head scan and walked me through what they were seeing. I came for a second opinion, and everything about the visit was positive.

Dr. Bain is probably the most reassuring doctor I've ever been to. He took great care to explain my condition & the plan involved in managing it. I felt like a million $ when I left. In addition, the medical student who saw me as well will definitely become a wonderful, caring physician.

Dr. Bain informed me that my problem is not vascular and has referred me to 2 other CCF physicians, therefore, I did not rate the efforts of the care provider in decisions about my care.

My discussions with Dr. Bain have always been respectful and informative. It is nice to not feel like a number. I also appreciate his willingness to say that he would like to consult with a colleague and if he doesn't have the answer right away, he's not afraid to say it. But he does return with an answer.
