I had seen Dr. Laplante give a talk about menopause at Medina Library. I had a good impression of her, but I didn''t really want to drive a long way to see a doctor. The more I thought about it, the more I wanted to see her specifically. I am so glad I did! I have never felt so listened to by a doctor before! She really took the time to get to know me and understand my concerns. She explained everything clearly and was helpful in answering questions. She reviewed different possible approaches. I highly recommend her!

I was really nervous for this appointment because I have not been in a very long time! The Dr. Was amazing and made me feel very comfortable. I was very happy with everything!

I have seen Dr. Laplante for several years and this was the first visit where I feel that she really didn't care about me or my concerns. She was looking at the computer the entire time and when I brought up something she just brushed over it. I see her once a year and was very disappointed in my visit.

Dr. LaPlant is always understanding and very clear on instruction as to how monitor the condition.

Dr. LaPlante is fantastic! I highly recommend her and trust her judgment. She is very thorough and takes time to listen, offer options and shares risks, benefits, etc.

The ease of getting the care I needed was good once I found Dr. Laplante but it took years for me to find her and previous doctors were not helpful with menopause

Dr. LaPlante has been my OBGYN for 18 years. I would NOT have seen her this long if she has not met all the criteria you are asking above. I like that if I ask her a question she gives a reasonable response and IF she does NOT know the answer for a fact she will say so and follow up with me.
