Mary Santos is a really exceptional medical care provider. She is thorough, confident, listens deeply, speaks slowly enough that I can take the time to understand what she is saying, and never rushes even though the appointment is only 30 minutes. She Is super willing to explain things in as much detail as needed. Above all she listens specifically, asking thorough questions to understand what my specific experience is and not just what I am calling it. I felt very heard and seen, and I trust Mary Santos' judgment immensely.
