Dr. Mary South was very open and kind to me about my bladder issues and helped me to understand there was more that she could do if this treatment didn''t work as well as we hope it will. She listened to me as I let her know about the sx''s of UTI vs IC and helped me to work that out with U/A orders if this issue arises again. Dr. South is so patient with me and I appreciate this so much because I hate to ever complain and she makes me feel comfortable talking about my bladder issues as they come about.

Shockingly good care! Had very low expectations when I walked into the huge ER-like waiting room. Dr. South herself came to walk me back to the office. She then took time to listen and answer all my questions. Very thorough. My current ob/gyno is retiring - I wish Dr South could be her replacement!

Had to wait 4 months to get in to see Dr South. Called in to talk to a few clinic staff to get any earlier appt. Was able to get one about 3 weeks earlier but it was still not till August 20th and I had a referral from my OB Gyn back in early April

These high marks are all due to Dr. South. Her care has been second to none as I have struggled with a complication.

Dr South was absolutely the best provider I've seen in a very long time, she was very gentle while examining me and was more than understanding and compassionate with my care. She made a genuine effort to make a plan of care to get an MRI scan near me and to see me as soon as possible to follow up and decide what steps to take next. She was so wonderful and I'd recommend her to anybody needing to see a UROGYN specialist. She's truly a gem!
