NP Mason Bird showed a degree of excellent empathy and care for my 95 year old husband and gave us a great degree of confidence in her treatment plan following a biopsy. We have had the great pleasure of being under Dr Braue's care but feel very comfortable with NP Mason Bird's ability in the meantime.

Mason clearly explained what she believed my problem may be. She wanted to make sure so she took a biopsy. The anesthetic for the bx is no fun but she was quick and apologies for any discomfort were offered throughout the procedure. Mason explained how long it would take for results and why. She answered all my questions in terms I could understand. Mason is a delight. I'm glad she did not miss her calling.Thank you, Mason and Cleveland Clinic
