The doctor showed concern, was very knowledgeable, and explained things well.

Dr. Testrake was awesome. He was very thorough with me. He went over the x-rays with me and explained everything to me very well. Gave me suggestions on what to do for my foot. He gave me some orthotics to wear to help my foot. I was very impressed with him and will continue to see him for my care.

The experience was great from the first step of making the appointment to the final step of being seen by Dr. Testrake.

The doctor was very thorough and clear about the tests that will be done before any procedure. He provided his initial opinion but cautioned that the tests may reveal something more serious.

Doctor Tetrick was very good podiatrist. He told me things about my feet that I didn''t learn from my previous podiatrist and he cleaned up my feet and worked on them and he was very kind.

I have had two re-constructive left foot surgeries prior. I always felt and thought that the prior two surgeons did not completely correct my flat foot issue. Dr. Testrake did get x-rays done. It showed how my left foot is still not lining up properly. That could be part of a culprit causing chronic back pain. Also, he is helping giving me remedy for both feet having bunions and hammer toes on right foot with pain.

Doctor is /has been always nice

From the doctor, nurses, front desk staff are all top notch.

I was incredibly impressed with this provider. I love the person I see or I would actually consider switching to her. In the future, if my provider is not available, I plan to request her. She listened to me was willing to take her time to research ways to help me and was incredibly personable. Absolutely amazing visit!

I am happy that Dr Testrake is so thorough in explaining my options. He listens to my needs and showed me my X-rays, considers insurance coverage.

Felt the focus was not totally on the issue. Seemed to jump to a resolve based on what he saw rather than what maybe causing the condition. Add on and meds were immediately offered as a solution

I would definitely recommend Dr. Testrake to others. I was there for a second opinion. He understood that, but still gave me every consideration and detailed information as though it was a given I would return for surgery. He concurred with the treatment recommended by the local doctor I've been seeing, and advised since it's a much shorter travel time, and if I have a relationship and confidence in the local doctor, he saw no reason why I couldn't just proceed with him. This is just one of so many great things about Cleveland Clinic in my experience. They always go with whatever is best for the patient - and they are honest when giving a recommendation - whether it involves them or not. Everything isn't always about doing what brings in the most money as so many practices are today. It is refreshing and comforting.

The doctor seemed rushed and did not solicit my input until I interjected. For a first appointment I expected a little more time with the provider and more of a willingness to listen to me. I don't feel I got bad advice or poor service though.
