Dr. Jack is a very impressive professional. During my consult she listened carefully and conducted a very thorough assessment. Beyond that she demonstrated a high level of empathy and engagement. My spine journey has been a challenge, but my time with Dr. Jack left me with a plan and hope. I look forward to continuing to work with Dr. Jack in the future. In addition, Dr. Jack went above and beyond and identified a physical therapist within the Cleveland Clinic system who specializes in the type of treatment that addresses my specific need. My visit with that PT later the same day was superb. Dr. Jack made all of that happen.

Initially Dr. Jack didn't get back to us when she said she would. We went through a different Dr to get her to contact us. However, when we did get our video visit she was amazing. She is very caring, did not seem to be in a rush and answered all of my child's questions. I was extremely happy with the visit and with Dr. Jack.

Went over my options and let me decide what was best for me with the doctor's. The doctor's recommended treatment along with the explanation I was given for the procedure helped me make my decision. I like that the doctor included me in my treatment plan and didn't just tell me what to do. I forgot to get a treatment plan for my shoulder, I was so focused on the surgery information. But both doctors were great.
