Megan is very good at her work. She knows me well and has a great grasp on what to do. She explains things fully to my satisfaction.

Megan set the lack of care tone pretty early on when she insisted I sit down, but I reminded her I was there for lumbar problems so sitting was painful and she seemed confused and dismissive about why I wouldn''t want to sit. From there she just generally seemed rushed and tried to move through everything faster than I could keep up with and I had to keep asking questions about what she was discussing, and she seemed really locked onto wanting me to take antidepressants, which is not what I was there for. Meanwhile there were options that I knew were available to me she didn''t mention that I had to bring up and she barely explained the pros and cons for them. Also, when she did an assessment of my physical condition she raced through doing it, so by the time I was trying to say something hurt, she was already moving another part of me. I''ve had nurses do a more thorough and careful examination of my physical condition than she did.I also noted that multiple places in my clinical notes are incorrect (likely the AI and her not reviewing them correctly), such as incorrect medications I''m using and such. Overall I''m just so thoroughly disappointed in the care and the waste of time I spent waiting to see her, I have lost a lot of faith in Cleveland Clinic.

The provider entered without knocking, didn''t greet me, didn''t make eye contact, and no vitals were taken. The tone was judgmental from the first question, the exam felt rushed and disengaged, and my pain response wasn''t acknowledged even when I explained it. The overall interaction felt below the usual standard of care.

Megan was a very cold person who offered no help beyond, good luck. She told me that chiropractic care was not recommended even though Cleveland Clinic offers it. The follow up appointment could''ve been a My Chart message, but she decided to waste my time and talk down to me about any alternative treatment.

Megan asks the right questions and listens carefully. She is an excellent diagnostician and can explain things in lay terms.
