She is always very thorough and attentive. I appreciate her explanations and her help with my questions and concerns. She always makes me feel well cared for and that my health is a priority. I feel like we are collaborating on my health, which is a really nice feeling and instills confidence in the care she provides.

Mrs Gruca RN, NP, really knows the patient''s situation and previous care plan. She knows the patient so well. It''s clear she works with her endocrinology team to come up with a plan in managing both my diabetes and hypothyroidism. She listens well, and she gives solid advice. She also always follows through. A great trust has been developed with this endocrinology team because of her.

I have recommended NP Gruca and Dr. Mulligan to friends and family. They are kind, knowledgeable, respectful, and deeply motivated to help.

The last few years it''s been extremely difficult to get an appointment within a reasonable time. My doctor/nurse is so booked out, that I need to wait more than 6 months for a follow up (I was recommended to meet with them every 3). It''s also unfortunate if an appointment needs to be rescheduled, because the reschedule date is usually months out as well.

Melissa is not only extremely knowledgeable innher area, but shows understanding of overall health and wellness. SHE understands and shows great compassion on the effect of other medical problems affecting our lifestyle. She shows more compassion, understanding, and empathy than most doctors. TOO bad she can''t be cloned! She is wonderful!

Dr. Gruca listens to all concerns patiently. She doesnt judge yiu or your lifestyle and she truly wants to help.

Melissa Gruca is an OUTSTANDING provider. She is extremely knowledgeable about all the endocrinology issues I have. I have hypothyroidism, insulin resistance, high cholesterol, etc. She has helped me a lot with weight management and in making sure my overall health is good. For example, we talk about vitamin D and B deficiencies and ways to ameliorate ~ even though these are beyond the scope of endocrinology (I think).

Both Dr. Mulligan and Melissa Gruca are VERY busy and usually full for about 6 months.
