Care provider was very thorough in describing the procedure and ensured I was comfortable throughout, administering more lidocaine when I felt pain during the procedure. She also took the time out to ensure I was the correct patient for the correct procedure, I felt very safe! All my questions were answered. They all were very personable and made me comfortable and I felt my privacy was attended to.

They attended to a second area of concern that my spouse was thinking might be of concern. I thought it was simply an age spot, but Melissa said she was more concerned about the 2nd area than the original concerned skin area. I'm VERY thankful for her care!

Dr. Chen and Dr. McEnery-Stonelake thoroughly explained two options that I had for the procedure. Based on their input, I chose the procedure that best suited my situation (scrape and burn). Thus far, I'm happy with the direction that I took.
