First time having surgery at the Cleveland Clinic - LTKR. I have nothing but good things to say. The entire team Including Dr. Erossy are earnest and show genuine concern as well taking the time to answer questions and offer thorough explanations. Never did I once feel rushed or disregarded.

It was supposed to be a zoom visit but I was not given the passcode.. Very disappointing but dr errossy called me about 90 minutes later, apologizing and we discussed my situation. I really appreciated his call.
