Biography
Michael Hirschauer, MSN, APRN, FNP-C is currently an advanced practice registered nurse and certified nurse practitioner with Cleveland Clinic Children’s Hospital Head & Neck Institute.
Michael is board certified by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners as a family nurse practitioner and specializes in pediatric otolaryngology. He completed his undergraduate bachelor of science in nursing degree at Kent State University and his graduate master of science in nursing degree at Ursuline College Breen School of Nursing.
Prior to his joining pediatric otolaryngology, Michael practiced as a registered nurse and certified perioperative nurse specializing in pediatric surgery for more than seven years with Cleveland Clinic Children’s Hospital Surgical Operations.

Dr. Hirschauer is the very best! He takes such great care of the kids and has a genuine interest in seeing them grow healthy and strong. He let's us know what to watch for and is really the best and most thoughtful specialist out there.

He was super kind and respectful. Talked to both Emma and me about results from her test and during her exam. He was very thorough and discussed other concerns that we had.
