Biography
Michael Machuzak, MD, is an Associate Staff Member in the Department of Pulmonary, Allergy and Critical Care Medicine.
Dr. Machuzak earned his medical degree from MCP Hahnemann University School of Medicine in Philadelphia, Penn. He completed an internship, residency and fellowship at the Hospital of University Of Pennsylvania in Philadelphia.
He is certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine and is a member of several professional societies, including the American Thoracic Society, Society of Critical Care Physicians, American Association of Bronchology, the World Association of Bronchology, and the Ohio Thoracic Society.
Dr. Machuzak has published a number of abstracts and articles in peer-reviewed publications, as well as having conducted research and lectured a number of times on thoracic medicine.
