This was my first encounter with Dr. Smolak, he was kind, understanding and listened to me. I would definitely see him again and recommend him.

He was very polite and attentive. He did not really listen about my Left ear pain concern just said there was a lot of wax. I also gave him my health questionnaire from my employer and he did not fill it out during my visit. He wanted to wait until I completed my labs. I have never had to wait it is normally signed during the office visit. I am not a child and I will get my labs completed which I did. The lab was closed after my appointment but I went the next day. That was very annoying I have not received my signed paperwork yet. I am still waiting on it. That is my biggest concern at this time.
