The team at Avon Cleveland clinic is wonderful always willing to work with my schedule and very understanding. Any time I have questions or concerns they always put my mind at ease. Dr. Jetter is wonderful always willing to take the time to explain what she''s doing to my children and gives them an overall good experience. Her nurses are phenomenal they''re so kind and truly understand what a child needs to feel comfortable during visits that are not the most pleasant (shots and boosters are never fun but love the stickers they get at the end)

Dr. Better was awesome. I was nervous that my daughter would be worried, but I think how the doctor spoke with us and my daughter helped make the situation less scary and my daughter was more at ease than I ever expected her to be.
