Millia Sherrod, LMT Millia discovered her passion for healing at just 10 years old when a loved one was diagnosed with a brain tumor. She actively assisted nurses, physical, and speech therapists during their recovery, sparking her interest in patient care. Initially drawn to physical therapy, she later found her calling for massage therapy.

In 2014, during orientation at Cuyahoga Community College’s Massage Therapy Program, a hands-on exercise confirmed her path. Asked to identify an orange she had previously held—eyes closed—Millia immediately chose the correct one. That moment affirmed her natural intuition and her decision to pursue massage therapy.

Since becoming licensed in 2017, Millia has gained diverse experience in spas, a chiropractic clinic, and through her own mobile massage business. Her focus has always been on providing therapeutic, patient-centered care that enhances well-being. Today, she is proud to bring her passion and commitment to the Cleveland Clinic, helping patients feel better through a skilled, compassionate touch.
