I have only had the one consultation with Dr Jacob so my experience is limited. However I found Dr Jacob to be very professional, circumspect, thorough, and gracious. My appointment's purpose from my perspective was a second opinion on a prescribed treatment plan. What I got instead was concern that my previous diagnosis was made in haste and a desire to explore other potential diagnoses while not making any assumptions. All concerns I had were met with empathy and knowledge.
