    Dr Macki is patient and he listened. He is pleasant and good at obtaining details. He has a good attitude and a concerned bedside manner. He is an asset to Cleveland Clinic. You did a great job selecting him as a surgeon.

    I was not given pain medication on a timely basis. Nursing staff was below care received on prior surgeries at Hillcrest and Marymount. I recommend the doctor and his team. Definitely not the post care.
