The doctor was great at answering all my questions. However, does the patient always know what questions to ask? Is a patient always aware of everything going on with the body? I think an annual physical exam should be more than listening to my heart and breathing, yet that seemed to be the extent of the exam.

This was my yearly exam and she didn't even listen to my heart and lungs or press on my abdomen. Abdominal pain was one of my concerns. My appt was 40 min and she in the room less than ten minutes. Did not go over any screening exams that I needed at this age.

Dr Nathalie Chau is a very good doctor who Is very knowledgeable and dedicated to her practice. I so appreciate her because she listens to me and answers all of my questions. I am so thankful for her efforts to help me navigate my health problems and concerns. It seems Cleveland Clinic has a big turnover of doctors as I have had several and I hope Dr Chau stays.
