Because Dr Cherian is in high demand, and my occupation as an airline pilot; it is more difficult for me to schedule months out with Dr. Cherian. Dr Cherian always finds the time to fit me into his schedule, even when his scheduling team shows him booked weeks to months out.

Extremely professional, thorough, careful about getting history and documentation. Very serious doctor and yet a curiosity about the world peeked through his very focused, diligent demeanor. I left feeling better about my condition and felt I have some next steps.

Dr. Cherian was focused, professional, looked at my medical history very thoroughly. He is very serious doctor which I appreciate, and yet a sense of humor and curiosity about the world did peek through. I wholeheartedly disagree with any negative reviews because I don't think those people understood how serious he is about documentation and understanding a persons history. He was extremely professional, and I left feeling like I had some things I can do toward improvement and felt less worried about my condition.

I would of liked to of spoken to Dr.Cherian at the Cleveland Clinic in person. But I realized my first visit with Dr. Cherian was a virtual visit.

Dr. Cherian was an absolute Blessing. He listened to what we had to say and went step by step through my medical history to get a picture of what was going on with my medical condition. He was able to do some different types of test that other Doctors didn't do and was able to figure out where my dizziness/vertigo was coming from. He explained the procedure I needed to have done and he believed it would help my conditions. We are very thankful that we were given an appointment to Dr. Cherian he was a God send.

Dr. Cherion was very knowledgeable and asked many questions that other physicians had not when trying to treat my imbalance symptoms. His assessment did not come out the same as some of the other physicians, but his recommendation to continue my PT exercises even when symptoms don't present was good.
