Biography
Dr. Nicholas Sinclair is a plastic surgeon in the Department of Plastic Surgery at Cleveland Clinic. His primary clinical interests include cosmetic surgery with a focus on facial rejuvenation, rhinoplasty, breast augmentation, “mommy makeovers,” and non-surgical aesthetic procedures (energy-based devices and injectables).
Originally from Los Angeles, Dr. Sinclair graduated from the University of California Irvine with undergraduate degrees in Biological Sciences and Quantitative Economics. He earned his medical degree from the University of Vermont College of Medicine and completed his Plastic Surgery residency at Cleveland Clinic. He then went on to complete a fellowship in Advanced Aesthetic Surgery at the University of Texas Southwestern in Dallas. He is a member of the Alpha Omega Alpha Honor Medical Society. Additionally, he serves as the social media ambassador for the Aesthetic Surgery Journal.
Dr. Sinclair is an avid researcher, with interests in facelift patient safety, patient reported outcomes in aesthetic surgery of the face and breast, and rapid recovery breast surgery with enhanced recovery pathways.
In his spare time, Dr. Sinclair enjoys spending time with his family, exercising, doing yoga, playing guitar, cooking, and traveling.

Dr. Sinclair was very thorough, encouraging, detailed, and helpful. He took his time explaining everything, and consistently referenced the research base for his practices. His reputation preceded him, and I can see why. His staff all speaks very highly of him. I have nothing but positive things to say about Dr. Sinclair! I had two other consults before him, and he far exceeds the other doctors in his same field. Grateful to have found him!
