Very impressed with Ms. McFall''s active listening skills, general bed side manner, and empathy. Never felt rushed and never felt like additional tests or specialist recommendations where being thrust upon me. Thoughtful responses, and a generous approach to planning out a long term approach to my health and wellness A* Have already recommended her to some of my peers

Nicole McFall was excellent. Listened and made beneficial recommendations to me. I appreciate her thoroughness and overall I had a great experience. I definitely plan to continue with her as my care provider, and would (and already have) recommend her and the Cleveland Clinic Functional Medicine department to others.

Dr. McFall was an excellent physician, and I had an excellent experience at my appointment. She listened very carefully to my backstory and all the information that I brought to the table. She was very courteous and respectful and seemed genuinely interested in helping me with my various issues. She was very thorough in her explanations and made sure that they were very clear to me. Her bedside manner is incredible. In addition, she helped to inform staff of the referrals she made for my additional appointments and the name of each physician she recommended. The reception staff did an excellent job of providing me all the documents I needed and scheduling my follow up appointments. Be over all experience was extremely helpful And comprehensive. It was truly one of the best I've ever had with the clinic.
