Biography
Nicole Palekar, MD is a graduate of the University of Miami and the University of Miami School of Medicine, where she received both her undergraduate and medical degrees. Postgraduate Dr. Palekar carried out her medical training at Willford Hall Medical Center through participating in a residency in internal medicine and a fellowship in gastroenterology.
In 2010, Dr. Palekar joined Cleveland Clinic Florida as a board-certified internist in the department of gastroenterology, hepatology, and nutrition. She has various medical interests, some of which she is especially interested in, such as diagnostic and therapeutic endoscopies, inflammatory bowel disease, iron deficiency anemia, therapeutic endoscopy including difficult colonoscopy and polypectomy, women issue in gastroenterology, and endoscopic ultrasounds.

Dr Palekar is the best! Always sits and explains everything to me and always on top of my care with lab and needed procedures. I've been with Dr. Palekar for 10 years and definitely will continue with her for my care.

Dr. Palekar listened to my issues, encouraged good suggestions of foods to eat, and has ordered a couple tests to be performed. I did not feel rushed, and the Dr. Was warm and friendly. I have already brought my husband and son on board with Dr. Palekar.
