Dr Recinos and his whole staff (especially Amber) have always exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend Dr Recinos and his whole staff.

Everyone was very friendly and helpful. Dr. R. Was knowledgeable and answered any questions I had.

Dr Chao came in after my procedure and did not have time to answer any of my questions or even wait for my family to come in to talk to all of us regarding the procedure. I was medicated and I wanted someone there to listen to what he had to say. I messaged Dr Recinos after asking for either a message regarding the proctor and online visit. I received neither. They only scheduled me for follow up in Novembe.

The staff was excellent and Dr. Recinor was a life saver. We will always try to use Cleveland Clinic for our health care needs.

Dr took his time to explain everything to me in great detail and made sure I was comfortable before moving on. I appreciate the compassion AND honesty. It''s hard to find a Dr. That shows both characteristics at once. Thank you
