The provider made me feel heard, she also spent sufficient time with me and listened to my concerns without me feeling unheard or rushed. She seemed very knowledgeable and informative. She also clearly presented different options and did not push for a procedure unless it was something medically necessary or presented a treatment plan that was well thought out.

Dr. Frazzini is an excellent provider, extremely thorough and thoughtful. She walked me through my procedure, next steps, and expectations. She never rushed me or made me feel that my questions were invalid and she went above and beyond which increased my trust and comfort in allowing her to care for me.

Everything went well with the Dr, she seemed great and caring. Only issue was the wait time, an hour later from my appt.

Dr Padilla was amazing. First time I met her and I actually told her I would wish most of Drs like her. Once she went inside the room she made me feel very safe and explained the whole procedure and asked me if I can handle the pain without anestesia. I was somewhat concern about what to expect at first, but she was incredibly knowledgeable and gave me the peace and reassurance that It was gona be an easy process. Amazing experience. I was in a good deal of physical discomfort and the doctor gave me a step by step explanation of everything she was doing, helped me develop a greater understanding of the anatomy as well as possible conditions, and explained diagnosing and treatment options, all helping me feel very comfortable and in control of my care.
